Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds work for PharmTraq. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

PharmTraq is operated by Qeysia Labs Ltd (RC 9613649), Lagos, Nigeria.

1. Summary

We want you to be confident before you pay, so we offer a free trial to evaluate PharmTraq. Because of this:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

2. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you can use the Service during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. We recommend evaluating the Service fully during the trial.

3. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment provider, Paystack. Each subscription renews automatically at the then-current rate at the start of each new billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • using the billing or subscription settings in your account; or
  • emailing us at support@pharmtraq.app from the email address associated with your account.

Cancellation stops the next automatic charge. We do not provide refunds for the current or previous billing periods, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.

5. Access and your data after cancellation

After you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to an inactive state. You can request an export of your data by contacting support@pharmtraq.app within a reasonable period after cancellation, after which data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing errors and discretionary refunds

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation — contact us at support@pharmtraq.app within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Any other refund is at our sole discretion. Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to your original payment method through Paystack, and the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified and reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and apply to billing periods beginning after the change takes effect.
